The rechargeable AAA batteries come in several different variants, including alkaline, NiMH (nickel metal hydride) and lithium AAA batteries. Alkaline batteries will typically have a shorter lifespan than the other variants, and are therefore less suitable for high-demanding appliances that you use a lot in your daily life.
Finding the ideal AAA battery recharger can be difficult, since several different aspects must be taken into account. You should strive to find an AAA battery recharger that will charge the battery cells completely while causing as little damage as possible to the battery during each recharge. Since each recharge will damage the batteries, it is important to get an AAA battery recharger that will really fill your batteries during each recharge. If not, you will be forced to recharge your batteries very often and soon they will have gone through so many damaging recharges that they become useless and need to be replaced. Malfunctioning AAA battery rechargers can also severely damage batteries even during just one single recharge.
Two other aspects that can be important in certain situations is how fast your AAA battery recharger will recharge batteries and how many batteries it can recharge at a time. Try to determine whether or not time is an important factor for you when it comes to the AAA battery recharger before you go shopping. Do you use your appliances a lot? Is it important for you to be able to recharge them rapidly?
